наружили, что описания элементов вмешатель-
ства отсутствовали в половине опубликованных
статей, которые они рассмотрели. Это не дает
возможности полноценного использования ин-
формации и повторения проведенных исследова-
ний. К таким же выводам пришли авторы обзора
[12]. Улучшенная отчетность снизит двусмыслен-
ности в интерпретации результатов испытаний,
возможно, повысит надежность их применения,
обеспечивая лучшую базу, для принятия реше-
ния о лечении пациентов.
Главные принципы представления докладов
действительно помогают повысить качество
отчетности рандомизированных исследова-
ний [56], хотя трудно увидеть их максимальную
пользу, поскольку в журналах слишком редко
одобряют подобные инструкции и еще реже
их придерживаются [57]. Чтобы увеличить этот
потенциал, мы однозначно рекомендуем жур-
налам поддерживать пересмотренные главные
принципы отчетности STRICTA. Это может
быть достигнуто путем обновления редакцион-
ных инструкций для авторов. Кроме того, мы
призываем редколлегии журналов к реализации
стратегии по улучшению соблюдения авторских
принципов отчетности. Эти усилия могли бы
также помочь рецензентам и редакторам журна-
лов в обсуждении достоинств таких испытаний.
